Banana Bread

I've always love banana bread. I love the smell of banana bread when you take it out from the oven. ahhh.. the smell..



I was waiting at least 3 days for the banana to be a bit brownish. Usually I would throw it away but I got this recipe from JoyofBaking and one of the tip was using ripe brownish banana, so I did. I purposely bought banana just because of this. ^_^ It looks so easy as well.

It turns out to be soft, banana sweet deliciousness. It's a keeper. Perhaps next time I will put some nuts or chocolate (surprise?) in it. ^_^
